With pictures: "El Shahroora" best Lebanese series in the Murex d'Or awards

"El Shahroora" series won the best Lebanese series of 2011 produced by El Sabbah Ekhwan company in the 12th annual Murex d'Or awards.The chairman of the company Sadeq El Sabbah accepted the award in the huge ceremony that aired on MTV Lebanon in Edde Sands in Jabil.He highly praised the value of team work that made it all happen, appreciating the efforts of the director Ahmed Shafiq and writer Fadaa El-Shandwely who were in attendance during the ceremony. He also concluded by assuring that Carole Samaha was the perfect fit for the role.Carole Samaha who won the excellence award for the series delegated her representative to thank Sadeq El-Sabbah for bringing Lebanese drama back on top, and for giving it back its credibility on Arab screens.
