Tom Cruise & Katie Holmes: Divorce after 5 years of marriage!

American's sweethearts, Tom Cruise and Katie Holmes have announced their divorce after a five years marriage, according to People's magazine.Holmes' attorney, Jonathan Woolf, requested everyone to respect the couple's privacy in that matter and said that Holmes main concern was and will always be her daughter with Cruise, Surrey.As for Cruise's spokesperson, Amanda Lonberg said that Holmes has filed for the divorce and that Tom is grieving and feeling really sad. This is considered Tom's third marriage as he first married Mimi Rogers and then Nicole Kidman where he adopted two children with her.On the other hand, it is Kate's first marriage that took place in 2006 in a grand but private wedding ceremony in a castle in Italy.
