The Syrian series"Zaman El barghoot" won't be aired in Ramadan after the sequestration of the producer's money as a result of losing a case against a construction company.The series tells the story of the Syrian community during the era between 1915 to 1926 after the departure of Ottomans and invasion of the French. The title is taken from the name of the currency during the Ottoman era to reflect the hard times they used to face.It is written by Mohamed El-Zeid and directed by Ahmed Ibrahim Ahmed, starring Ayman Zidan and Rashid Assaf.
