Pictures: Stars pay respects to Youssef Dawood's family

The day before yesterday was the wake for the late star Youssef Dawood at the Petrine church in Abbasya under the umbrella of the Catholic Center for Cinema lead by father Butrus Daniel.The wake was attended by a large number of stars to pay their respects to the family of the parting star; his older son, daughter and widow. Among the attendance was Yosra, Elham Shaheen, Nehal Anbar, Athar El-Hakeem, Hany Ramzy and Ashraf Abd El-Ghafoor.Also attended Lotfy Labib, Mohamed Abo Dawood, Amira El Aidy, Samira Abdel Aziz, Mounir Karam, Amr Abdel Aziz, Ragaa El Gedawi and Mohamed Tawfeeq to pay their respects to the family. Even big writer Samir Khafaga made an appearance despite being in a wheelchair.Hala Sedky made sure to make an appearance even while shooting her series "Arafa El-Bahr", as she headed directly from location to the wake and explained to the family the reason for her manner of dressing.Youssef Dawood died at the age of 74 after a long struggle with his illness and was sent away at the church of St. Mark in Alexandria.
