Critics praise "Abraham Lincoln: Vampire Hunter"

"Abraham Lincoln: Vampire Hunter" has gotten a positive feedback after its release on 22 June in U.S. theaters and last week in the Egyptian Cinema in 3D.A number of critics the film thought well, including critic Michael O'Sullivan of the Washington Post, who spoke about the film, saying, "This film is an adaptation of Seth Grahame-Smith's novel, one of the best-selling book in 2012, and was able to bring all the summer entertainment expected in a summer movie, thanks in large part to the strong sense of director Timur Bekmambetovin action and visual effects".Justin Ware of the Hollywood Reporter has confirmed "fans of this genre will find themselves caught in a mix between the action and fantasy, while history buffs will not mind the few changes in the civil war period".The film belongs to the fantasy genre, andrevolves around U.S. President Abraham Lincoln, who lives a double life between his duty as head of the national state and the constant quest to hunt down and kill vampires, revenge for his mother who was killed at the hands of one of them. The film revenue in its debut week in Egyptian cinemas has reached 212 thousand Egyptian pounds.
