"The Amazing Spider-Man" amazingly sits on top of the American Box-office.

With 7.5 million dollars on premiere night, six days later and more than four thousand theaters in the North America; "The Amazing Spider-Man' has landed on top of the US box office with 65 million dollars revenue. The film which is directed by Marc Webb has made a total of 129.1 million dollars worldwide. "The Amazing Spider-man" stars Andrew Garfield and Emma Stone and it is expected to have two more parts and Webb started preparing for.Coming in second place with 32.6 million dollars is "Ted" leaving last week's first spot and making a total gross of 120.2 million dollars so far. The animation "Brave" landed in third place with 20.1 million dollars and the new comer "Savages" came in fourth with 16.6 million. Two set backs for "Magic Mike" from last week's second place to this week's fifth with 15.6 million, and for "Madea's Witness Protection" from last week's fourth to this week's six place with 10.2 million. A triple seven for the third part of "Madagascar", as it it landed on 7th place and earned 7.7 million dollars and made a total gross of 196 million dollars so far. Katy Perry's documentary "Part of Me 3D" came in 8th with 3.1 million to reach a total gross of 7.1 and in 9th place is Wess Anderson's "Moonrise Kingdom" with 4.6 million dollars. As for Woody Allen's "To Rome with Love" it made it to the top ten and landed in 10th place with 3.5 million dollars after two weeks of its limited release in the States.
