With Pictures: Khaled Selim and Soma shine in Alexandria.

On the third night of the 6th Arab Music Festival which is held on Sayid Darwish theater in the Alexandria Opera House- singer Khaled Selim had his concert as part of this festival events. The audience welcomed Khaled warmly and in return he sang some of the most beautiful classi songs from the good old days and celebrated the birth of his first daughter "Khadija" with a solo song on the piano. The first part of this concert was held by Soma with the Arab National Music band under the leadership of maestro Selim Sahab. Soma sang many songs from great Arabic singers. Dr. Enas Abdel Dayem, president of the Egyptian Opera House, said that all concerts were fully booked which represents how the Egyptian audience appreciates classic songs and elite arts. She also said that many singers were keen to sing songs of the late Warda.
