Nadia Shorky, the editor, passed away yesterday.

Today morning was the mass of the late Nadia Shokry, the famous editor from the 1980's, who passed away yesterday. The funeral will take place tonight at 8:00 in Al Maraashly Church in Zamalek.Nadia is Adel Shorky's sister, the head of editing division, and she is the aunt of cinematography managers Sameh Selim and Yousef Labib. Considered one of the 1980's cinema geniuses, Nadia was friends with Mohamed Khan, Khairy Beshara, Saeed El Sheemy, Dawood Abdel Sayed, Basheer Al Deek and the late Atef El Tayeb.Nadia has worked in many famous films like "Losous Laken Zorafaa", "Khally Balak Min Zouzou", "Al Sokareya", "Mabrook Galak Walad", "Darbet Shams", "Sawak El Otobis", "Kharaga Walam Yaod", "Ahlam Hind W Kamelya", "Al Horoub", "Mr. Karateh" and the last of her work was "Clivtee" in 2004.
