Gina Carano to lead in the female version of "The Expendables".

According to Variety; "The Grey"s executive producer, Adi Shankar, revealed his intentions for a female version of "The Expendables" after the release of "The Expendables 2".Shankar said he is in search for lead actresses but he has his eyes on "Haywire"'s Gina Carano and said he can never imagine this film without her in it. He added it will be like a Twix chocolate bar without the caramel!On the other hand; Carano participated in "The Fast and the Furious 6" next to Michelle Rodriguez, Jason Statham, Paul Walker, Vin Diesel, Dwayne Johnson and Luke Evans.
