Country singer Billy Ray Cyrus expressed his happiness for his daughter Miley's engagement to actor Liam Hemsworth that took place on 31 May according to PEOPLE. Billy believes that Liam is a terrific young man and that they share a very good relationship.Also, Billy said that Miley and Liam agreed that happiness is the most important element of their lives and the main key for satisfaction. He added that the most important thing is the father's love for his children and that he should always be supportive and around. Miley announced in the MTV Video Music Awards that she and her fiancé didn't decide the wedding date but it is not happening soon.
