Lebanese singer Elissa started shooting in Beirut yesterday for her new music video "The Happiest One," from her latest album of the same name.

The shooting will take two days, under Lebanese director Selim el-Tarak, who has resumed work with Elissa after not working with her for a number of years.

The song was composed by Mohammed Yehia and the words were written by the Egyptian poet Salama Ali, who worked on two songs on the album, "The Happiest One" and "Tired of You." It's evident from the clip released by Rotana, the production company, that the video has been allocated a hefty budget.

We know from other statements made to that after finishing the shoot, Elissa will begin sitting with poets, composers, and distributors to choose songs for her new album. It's been decided that one more music video would be made from "The Happiest One" album. Elissa's top two picks? "In Your Eyes" and "Hours."
