Laura Linney to join the biopic about WikiLeaks founder.

According to The Wrap; Dream Works are intalks with actress Laura Linney to join the cast of their new biopic aboutJulian Assange, founder of WikiLeaks. The role that Linney should play is notspecified yet; but if she agrees then she’ll be joining Benedict Cumberbatchwho is playing the role of Assange.

It was announced at Variety earlier last weekthat Dream Works are also negotiating with James McAvoy to portray Daniel Domscheit-Berg, Assange's right hand, but no news about theresult of this either.

On the other hand; Linney is awaiting the release of her new film"Hyde Park on Hudson" which is due to hit theaters at the beginningof December. The film stars Bill Murray and revolves around the true story ofthe love affair between American President Franklin Roosevelt and his cousinMargaret Stuckley that happened in a weekend they spent at Hyde Park Hudsonwith the King and Queen of England to negotiate the support of the USA toBritain in its war against Germany.
