Disney Reveals Its Long-Awaited Film Release Dates

Disney has finally announced the release dates for many of its highly anticipated films of 2013, 2014 and 2015. The fifth part of Johnny Depp’s “Pirates of the Caribbean,” with a screenplay from Jeff Nathanson, will hit our shores on July 10, 2015.

“The Muppets 2” will be released on March 21, 2014. It's the follow-up to the first film, released in 2011, starring Jason Segel, Emily Blunt, Amy Adams and Zach Galifianakis.

As for Angelina Jolie’s “Maleficent,” Disney postponed the release date to July 2, 2014, instead of March 14 and George Clooney’s upcoming sci-fi “1952” to be directed by Brad Bir will be released on December 19, 2014.
