In her new HBO documentary "Life is But a Dream," superstar Beyonce squashed rumors that she used a surrogate and faked her pregnancy last year.

The 31-year-old beauty put to rest the crazy rumor that she had another woman, a surrogate, carry her and Jay-Z's daughter, Blue Ivy Carter, in order to maintain her world-famous physique. "A stupid rumor, the most ridiculous rumor I've ever had about me," Beyonce says. "To think that I would be that vain. I respect mothers and women so much. To be able to experience bringing a child into this world, if you're lucky and fortunate enough to experience that, I would never ever take that for granted." In the intimate documentary, she also says that giving birth was "the most beautiful experience of my life."

Beyonce puts the energizer bunny to shame with her seemingly inexhaustible energy. She sang the national anthem at Obama's second inauguration ceremony on January 20, also causing a star because she decided to sing over a pre-recorded track rather than sing live in the cold weather. Next, she's preparing to perform the halftime show at the Superbowl XLVII, which last year 114 million viewers tuned into, making it the most-watched halftime performance in TV history.

Beyonce's documentary about her journey in the world of fame and music is set to air on HBO on February 16.
