Adele (May Have) Yelled at Chris Brown at the Grammys

In a photo of Adele and Chris Brown at Sunday's Grammys, it appears that the 24-year old British soul singer is scolding or just plain yelling at Chris Brown, who attended the music awards ceremony with Rihanna. It's the couple's first big appearance together since announcing they were back together last month.

Although no microphone picked up what the singer said to Brown, 24, The Sun speculates that Chris Brown "looks like he's on the receiving end of an almighty tongue-lashing from Adele." This snapshot comes after Brown had lost out to Frank Ocean for Best Urban Contemporary Album. A clip of the moment that's gone viral shows Brown sitting while the rest of the audience rises for a standing ovation. At the same time, Adele is giving Brown a very disapproving glare.

The Grammys mark four years to the day that Brown beat up then-girlfriend Rihanna after a heated argument in 2009. He plead guilty and is still subject to the terms of his five-year probation.

Adele, who picked up her ninth award for the Bond theme song "Skyfall," is apparently taking well to her new role as mother who knows best.
