It's looking likely that director Fred Savage, formerly of "Boy Meets World" fame, will be directing Charlize Theron in his upcoming "Ladies Night" about a woman who decides to have one last big night on the town with friends before leaving her commitment-phobic boyfriend and moving to New York City.
Savage, who was hugely successful as a child actor on " link" as Corey, and "The Wonder Years" as Kevin, is now also an accomplished director. He's directed over 120 TV episodes for shows like "It's Always Sunny in Philadelphia," "Party Down," and "Modern Family."
The script for "Ladies Night" will come from David Caspe (Happy Endings), and Theron will also be producing. The comedy, backed by Skydance Productions, should hit theaters next year.
