The story is a familiar one. Disney kid hits puberty and wants to shatter their squeaky-clean image, with varying success (see: Lindsay Lohan). Selena Gomez, 20, seems to be doing pretty well for herself.
After splitting from boyfriend of two years Justin Bieber, allegedly due to his antics and immaturity, she told The Sun, she'd "love to have a great boyfriend, but [she's] not really looking for the one." Gomez is making the rounds promoting her first adult-friendly film, the controversial " Spring Breakers" with James Franco, directed by Harmony Korine.
Gomez link on Late Night with David Letterman and won major laughs from the audience for a jab at Bieber. Letterman said, "Now, the last time he was on, he and I got into a conversation and he said something and I said something, and then he said something and I said something, and I made him cry."
Without missing a beat, Selena pats Letterman's knee and says, "Well then, that makes two of." Turns out the Disney kid has impeccable comedic timing. She also told Letterman she's single and "so good."
