Will Ferrell and Jack Black to Play Man Children in "Tag Brothers"

Comedy giants Will Ferrell and Jack Black are set to play adult man children who, along with other friends, play a game of tag for 23 years in New Line Cinema's "Tag Brothers." The two last appeared together in the 2012 comedy " The Campaign."

This January, a Wall Street Journal article about this real-life group of tag-playing adults set off a bidding frenzy among Hollywood studios. The middle-aged group, according to the Wall Street article, spend one month every year playing extreme tag.

Mark Steilen is on board to write the script. The project does not yet have a director.
