Last night Niran, on LBC's " Ana wel Assal" on LBC, interviewed Egyptian actress Rania Youssef, who opened up about the Ramadan shows she's involved in this season, which shows she loves, as well as her love life.
She told Niran she felt closest to her character Shahenda on " Moga Harra," and also spilled that the character Nour on "Niran Sadeeka" may have been inspired by real-life artists, mentioning Sherihan specifically. As for her personal favorite Ramadan shows, Rania put " Zaat" and " El Arraaf" at the top of her list.
Youssef also rebuffed criticism brought against " Niran Sadeeka" by some Islamic preachers, saying that the preachers put themselves in the position of being oppressed, particularly given the picture of Ikhwan rule that we all just got a glimpse of.
Rania then steered the conversation to her personal life and said that her husband of two months, businessman Tarek Azab, who she loves very much, is just a real, regular guy. She confirmed that she has always maintained a friendship with ex-husband Mohamed Mokhtar.
Tonight, Niran will be interviewing Ward El Khal.
