Laila Taher on Mubarak's Release: We Must Respect the Judiciary

Actress Laila Taher commented on the release of the former president, Mohamed Hosni Mubarak, saying that he regained his rights as he was not convicted in any of the charges filed against him.

In an exclusive statement to , the great actress said that she respects and trusts the decisions of the judiciary. She noted that she's not afraid of the effect of Mubarak's release on the ongoing events in Egypt as he's an old, sick man and on top of that, he's going to be under house arrest.

Former president Hosni Mubarak was moved to the Maadi Military Hospital to be put under house arrest there.
