Mia Wasikowska and Jesse Eisenberg Debut as a Couple in Toronto

Indie starlets Mia Wasikowska, 23, and Jesse Eisenberg, 29, made their debut as a couple walking the red carpet this past Saturday at the premiere of their film "Double" at the Toronto International Film Festival.

The two apparently got close on set. They've been publicly dating since July, and have been photographed strolling the beach hand in hand in Venice.

"The Double," based on the Dostoyevsky novella of the same name, is about a barely-there office worker, Simon James, whose exact doppelganger (and opposite) shows up and starts taking over his life bit by bit. Wasikowska plays the object of Simon's unrequited affections who immediately starts dating the more confident duplicate, James Simon. It's a dark and gloomy comedy that also has notes of a psychological thriller.
