Scarlett Johansson Gets Flack for "Bag Lady" Dress at "Don Jon" Premiere

E! News may have been a bit harsh when they said Scarlett Johansson’s dress at the “ Don Jon” premiere “looked very much like it was fashioned from some green plastic grocery store bags.”

The dress, designed by Roland Mouret, didn’t draw too much ire from other fashion-minded outlets: the look inspired the moniker "green goddess" and multiple headlines saying Johansson "stunned" in the green frock. Maybe grocery bag is the new black.

Johansson, 28, walked the red carpet last Thursday in New York alongside her co-star and director Joseph Gordon-Levitt and Julianne Moore. “Don Jon” follows a player-type living in Las Vegas whose relationships with women suffer from his porn addiction.
