Yousra as an Associate Director for 3rd Tropfest Arabia Film Festival

The administration of Tropfest Arabia Film Festival announced Yousra as the associate director for the festival in its 3rd edition.

Yousra will curate the final selection of submitted movies along with director John Polson, founder of the festival. A jury consisting of film industry celebrities will choose the winning film among the competing films, which will premiere at the festival. The award will be announced in a live ceremony at the end of the festival.

Yousra commented on her participation in the festival by saying: “I'm very happy to participate in this year's festival, given the role it has in highlighting the growing Arab passion for media, filmmaking and entertainment. I'm looking forward to watch the the Arab youth works and their creativity in using “Time,” the festival's theme for this year.

Tunisian actress Hend Sabry was the associate director and curator for last year's Tropfest Arabia. The festival will start on November the 8th.
