Khaled Nabawy Tweets The Release of his New Movie In the United States

Artist Khaled El Nabawy posted the opening poster for his new movie "The Citizen" via his twitter account. Nabawy commented on the photo saying: “ The Citizen.. Red Carpet.. Today.. USA..” and a link to the poster.

“ The citizen” tells the story of an Arab citizen arriving to the United States after winning the Greencard in a lottery. He reaches USA just before the 9/11 events. The movie follows how he survives as an immigrant with the new hate wave to Arabs in the States.

Nabawy is co-starring William Atherton, Agnes Broknyr and Carey Always. The film is directed by Sam Kadi.
