"Adam and Gameela" Director Fast Tracks Shooting Hours for Season 2

Director Ahmed Samir Farag says he’s stepped up the shooting hours for the second season of “ Adam and Gameela” in order to finish shooting and editing the first few episodes of the new season to hand over to channels ahead of their winter deadline.

Farag has shot the show sans-break, without giving the actors vacations, in this latest working period. The second season will be airing this December on the satellite channel Al Nahar, as well as a number of other channels. Up until that point, they’ll be working around the clock and delivering finished episodes to the channels.

“ Adam and Gameela” stars Yousra El Lozy, Hassan el Raddad, Buthaina Rashwan, Mayar el Gheity, and Merihan Hussien. The first season aired on the encrypted OSN channel last Ramadan, resulting in lower than expected viewership rates.
