Ahmed Abdallah: “Farsh We Ghatta” Hits Theaters in November for a Single Week

The director Ahmed Abdallah said in atweet that “ Frash wa Ghatta” will hit Egyptian theaters inNovember for a single week.

Many artists replied to Abdallah'stweet, among them is the screenwriter Medhat El Adl, saying that weshould all support “Farsh we Ghatta” and the movies alike tocreate a different collective taste in movies, and that's whatcreates a wave.”

The movie stars Asser Yassin and it'sabout a prisoner who fleed prison during the famous prison break onJanuary 28th in Egypt. The lead character moves throughmany alienated neighborhoods in Egypt.

“Farsh we Ghatta” won this year's35th Montpelier Film Festival's best feature.
