Egyptian National Film Festival Concludes Today

The National Film Festival for EgyptianCinema in its 17th edition comes to an end today,screening “ Assal Eswed” for Khaled Marie, “ Alzheimer's” for Amr Arafa and “Wahed Sahih” for Hady Al Bagouri in Alexandria ArtCenter today.

The closing ceremony will be heldTuesday, declaring the winners of the festival's 17thedition, which started on the 18th of this month.

The ceremony will honor best directoraward tomorrow, competitors on this award are Mohamed Amin, AmrArafa, Daoud Abdel Sayed and Khaled Marie. Award of Best Debut Filmwill also be handed to one of the following directors: Hady Al Bagouri, Ahmed Ghanem besides Kareem El-Adl and Mohamed Gamal El-Adl.The list of awards also include Best Screenplay, Best Cinematography,Best actor and Best Actress.

The jury of this year's edition isheaded by Waheed Hamed and includes director Ali Idris, novelistIbrahim Abd El Meguid and actress Layla Alwi.
