Paris Hilton Sues Slovenian Porn Site

Paris Hilton is going after a Slovenian porn site that's illegally profiting off her good name and legendary sex tape. The website features clips of "1 Night in Paris" .

Paris has now taken legal action trying to shut the website down, and has filed the case with the World Intellectual Property Organization Arbitration and Mediation Center. She also wants the domain name transferred to her. Hilton filmed the sex tape in 2001 with ex boyfriend Rick Salomon and it was released just before her show 'The Simple Life' with Nicole Richie began airing in December 2003.

The 32 year old celebrity has recently commented on Salomon leaking the tape, considering the fame-seeking act to be disgusting and repulsive. She also assured her fans that she has never profited one dollar from the tape, and that she even isn't seeking legal compensation, she's just doing what she's doing to prevent anyone from profiting from it.
