Kim Kardashian Replies to Criticism Concerning Philippines Charity

RealityTV star Kim Kardashian was harshly criticized over her decision to donate 10percent of the proceeds she made in an online eBay auction to the victims of ahurricane in the Philippines that killed 5900 and left hundreds lost.

Criticizerswere provoked by what they consider a small amount of her profits which shedecided to donate, requesting she raised the percent. However, Kim replied onher website, stating that she donates 10% of all of her earnings monthly tocharity, and that that potion went to the Philippines' victims this month. Sheadded that what she earns from eBay auctions is not that much, as the company subsidesa big sum from the sales, confirming that the percentage is very adequate,specially that she's not the only one who did so. She said that no matter howbig or small the donation is, the purpose is to show sympathy with the victims.

Justin Bieber has recently made a surprise concert in the Philippines. Rihanna, DavidBeckham and his wife Victoria also donated to the red cross, which helped intransporting the casualties.
