Shirley Temple Dies, Aged 85

Hollywood's phenomenal girl Shirley Templehas died on Monday, aged 85, of natural causes, according to her family.

Temple, who has retired from acting since she was 21 and shifted her career to politics, became famous for starring in a number of films in her childhood, in the 30's of last century, appearing in four films before the age of 10.

Reports stated that temple has died with family members around in San Francisco. Her family's statement added: “We salute her for a life of remarkable achievements as an actor, as a diplomat, and... our beloved mother, grandmother [and] great-grandmother.”

Reports also mentioned that Shirley was the reason why 20th Century Fox didn't announce their bankruptcy back in the mid-30's, thanks to her films “Curly Top” and The Littlest Rebel” which were huge box office successes.
