Bradley Cooper to Star and Produce 'American Blood'

The Wrap website has revealed that Bradley Cooper will be starring in American Blood, which is based on a novel that hasn't been released yet, which tells the story of a cop who is forced to sacrifice his identity to join the witness protection program after getting convicted while investigating the disappearance of a woman.

Cooper won't be just the film's lead, he will also co-produce it with Warner Bros. Naomi Watts will co-star.

Cooper is nominated for a best actor Oscar this year for his role in American Hustle. He is currently shooting his scenes in the Clint Eastwoodnew film American Sniper.
