Why Nicolas Cage is Mad at Hollywood

50-year-old actor Nicolas Cage has expressed his dissatisfaction from Hollywood lately, stating that when he first wanted to become an actor and join this magical world, it was just because he loved acting so much. However, some young men nowadays aspire to fame as their ultimatum, which is something he obviously hates.

Cage also slammed film critics, mentionng that they seem obsessed with things that have little to do with the movie in question, giving an example with a film critic from The LA Times who managed to work in his financial situation into a review of Bad Lieutentant: Port of Call New Orleans. The same odd standard is applied to other actors as well: “What the hell does Lindsay Lohan's personal life have to do with her performance in "The Canyons?”, he added.

Cage was recently seen in a new look, sporting gray facial hair. He is preparing to shoot his scenes in his upcoming film “The Dying of Light.”
