Pictures: Miley Cyrus' New Tattoo

Controversial singer Miley Cyrus has posted a photo on her Instagram, in which she sports her new tattoo, drawn on the inner side of her bottom lip. The tattoo is a drawing of a sad cat's face.

Cyrus' little body holds twenty tattoos in different areas, including a portrait of her grandmother, a cross, a heart, a dreamcatcher on her right side and the words “Just Breathe” beneath her left breast.
