Kerry Washington Gives Birth to Her First Child

Actress Kerry Washington gave birth to her first baby nearly two weeks ago in Los Angeles, according to several reports. Washington and her husband, former NFL player Nnamdi Asomugha are notoriously secretive about their personal lives and have not publicly announced their daughter’s birth.

Sources close to Washington say the baby’s name is Isabelle and she is the couple’s first child. Washington (37) and Asomugha (32) were married last July at a small ceremony in Idaho. The news of Washington’s pregnancy came out last October, when she was visibly showing during several awards ceremonies.
