Hugh Jackman Returns to Broadway

After an absence of five years, actor Hugh Jackman has decided to return to Broadway, through a stage production of “The River”.

For his comeback, Jackman will be playing a fisherman who gets convicted in an investigation of a missing woman. Hackman has expressed his happiness with this return, and his role in the play, which will premiere on the 16th of November.

Hackman's last theater stint was alongside Daniel Craig in “A Steady Rain”, which is also based on a crime investigation.
