Safinaz Apologizes to Egyptian People for Dancing with Egyptian Flag Suit

Belly Dancer and entertainer Safinaz has justified wearing a suit bearing the Egyptian flag during her performance in one of Cairo's hotels by stating that she “wanted the audience to have a nice time, but apparently she was misunderstood”. She also mentioned that she always wants to present her audience with pure art that doesn't cause any offense or stir controversy, and that the suit only bore the colours of the flag and not its design, however, it made people interpret the situation in their own way.

In an interview with Moataz Al Demerdash on Alhayat 2 satellite channel last night, Safinaz added that she loves the colors of the Egyptian flag, and she only wanted to make a gesture of love to Egypt.

She finally apologized to anybody who was offended, and thanked her Egyptians fans, considering them to be her reason for success.
