The Truth About Amr Hamzawy and Basma's Separation

Basma denied rumors that floated recently on the Internet about her separation from her husband Amr Hamzawy, the researcher and political writer, and stated on her Facebook account that “I am living a happy life with my husband and my daughter Nadia”.

Hamzawy wrote: “I thank my friends who were disturbed by the separation rumors, there aren't any disputes between us, our life together will continue, as well as raising our kids between Berlin and Cairo”.

The separation rumors were widely shared on Facebook, and numerous media news websites in Egypt and the Arab world.
