Laila is a young woman longing for freedom and is madly in love with Hassan. Hassan's mother finds the couple on the roof after Laila leaves her family home to live with Hassan, and kicks Laila out after telling her Hassan will marry his cousin. Months later, Laila finds herself forced to sell her body in order to fulfill her financial needs as a student.
