On the way from the psychiatric hospital in Alexandria to Cairo, a car broke down with six patients, including Elham, Nafea, Khalil, and Haji Hassan . When the mental patients escape, the nurse and driver are forced to arrest four people instead to hand them over to the hospital administration.
