Fouad is a reckless young man who wastes his mother's wealth away. One night he writes an acknowledgment stating that he will grant the villa he owns to whoever finds the paper. When Bahbah and his wife find the paper, they go to claim the villa, but Fouad returns to his senses, and tries to prevent them from taking it.
