In ancient Morocco, Ould Bah, the eldest son of the chief of the Atlas tribe, is deprived of inheriting his father so that his half-brother could be the next-in-line, whereupon Ould Bah pretends to be going on a pilgrimage but plans a trip to find the treasures of the Atlas Mountains to regain his power.
