Al-Mabrouk is practicing charlatans on people for dishonest gain. He meets the widow, Bahija Hanim, who asks him to treat her daughter, Zeinab, from her spiritual illnesses. Qorany helps him learn the family's secrets and passes them on, making the widow thinks that he's truly a holy man.
