Zaid is an unjust governoer who exhausts families by collecting money and stealing from women. When he kills a member of the Banu Mazen tribe, his friend Essam revolts against the governor. He insists on fighting him to take revenge, and saves the girl Dalal, who was kidnapped by the governor.
