In 1867 Tunisia, in the Mazarik district, the tyrant's men loot livestock and kill a father in front of his wife. When the son Saleh finds out, he escapes from the army and vows revenge. Saleh becomes known for his bold attacks, until a man snitches on him and he goes on the run.
