Jousom is the 27-year-old mistress of a married man. Her mother, Papicha, is a former cabaret singer. As she is threatened by extremists, she wanders around, feeling lost. She drowns her sorrows in alcohol, only for the prostitute Fifi and the unemployed Samir to make fun of her.
