In the wake of officer Selim's preparations for his wedding to his cousin Salma, she is subjected to a rape attempt, but she miraculously escapes. Fingers of accusation are pointed at Qassem, and Salma's cousin, Fawaz, vows revenge, while Selim believes that legal investigations shall proceed.
