Sa'd and his family try to recover from the fire accident and complete the family's plan to expand, while the mafia continues its attempt to get rid of Sa'd with the help of Yacob Suleiman.

When Sa'd manages to get the European factories' deal, the mafia tries to put obstacles in front of him. Elsewhere, Nashwa gives birth to the first grandson of Al-Daly family.

With a clever trick, Heba manages to convince her family to leave the sanitarium and return home. As Sa'd plans to catch Khaled after his second wife's escape, he succeeds in the matter and deports him to Egypt so that he can punish him as he should.

The mafia manages to smuggle Khaled from Sa'd's grasp. When Rasha El Mandrawi storms the company's meeting and claims that she is Fawzy Al-Daly's wife and demands her right in the inheritance, Sa'd kicks her out of the company.

As the mafia is trying to disrupt Sa'd's business and stand up to him, he is able to complete the deal with the help of one of his friends.

Refky's wife dies due to his dispute with his son, Mina, and Sa'd receives a video of Khaled Al-Daly's murder and photos to prove it.

The news of Khaled’s death spreads, and Rasha El Mandrawi tries to prove her right in the inheritance by narrating events that only Sa'd knows. Refky becomes angry after learning about the money that Sa'd gave to his son.

As Al-Daly's new headquarters opens, the mafia gathers information about Sa'd to win the war between them. Rasha manipulates Sa'd and his wife to get her share in the inheritance, as she claims.

As Heba manipulates the feelings of one of her employees because of her illness, Rasha tries to create a rift between Sa'd and his wife to achieve her goal. Meanwhile, Saad tries to reach an associate to start the work of the European factories for the deal he won.

While Sa'd begins to investigate the facts about Rasha to prove her deception, he keeps the secret of who carried out the assassination and killed the deputy, but his conscience prompts him to confess.

Refky suffers a health crisis because of what his son Mina did, and Sa'd threatens him for what he did. The mafia is trying to recruit a close confidant of Sa'd to serve their interests.

Sa'd succeeds in reaching an agreement with a businessman friend to start factories in Europe. Sa'd continues his war with Rasha regarding hers and her son's share in the inheritance, and he confesses to the Interior Ministry that the one who killed Khalifa Hindawi is Fawzy.

An attempt to kill Lobna fails. As Sa'd is surprised that Suleiman is with him on the plane, he is still digging into Rasha's past. Heba dismisses the employee whom she manipulated.

While Medhat has control over Heba, Abu Al-Mahasen testifies against Hani for inciting Lobna's murder. Karamales ends his partnership with Al-Daly in London without warning, and Sa'd discovers the betrayal of an employee who is working for Suleiman.

Sa'd discovers that the mafia threatens Karamales to kidnap his kids. Heba agrees to secretly marry Medhat, and Dalia seeks to get her inheritance from her deceased husband. Meanwhile, Refky visits his son Mina due to his illness, and Sa'd is surprised by his grandson's illness.

Sa'd's grandson's condition improves, and Refky forgives his son, not knowing what he intends for him. Later on, Sa'd searches for the place where Khaled hid his money. Heba suffers from the mistreatment of Medhat, and Radwa is surprised by her pregnancy.

Sa'd is surprised that Khaled's money is withdrawn from the bank with Khaled's signature after his death. Medhat exploits Heba, Olfat wins the elections, and Sa'd seeks Dalia's help to be his partner in London.

Mina seeks for his father's marriage. The court rules in favor of Rasha, and Dalia refuses to cooperate with Suleiman against Sa'd. Elsewhere, Radwa gives birth to her daughter, and Heba is surprised by her pregnancy from Medhat.

While Bassem discovers his inability to have children, Heba tries to abort her pregnancy. As Suleiman seeks to cooperate with Rasha against Sa'd, he gives Sa'd a report that Bassem is unable to have children.

Bassem's treatment attempts fail, and Olfat is surprised that Heba has been absent from work for a week. When Sa'd discovers that Heba married Medhat and aborted her pregnancy, she confesses the truth. Sa'd separates from Olfat and meets Medhat.

Sa'd takes Olfat back, and Abu Al-Naga is arrested after Sa'd reports him. Sa'd agrees to Heba's marriage to Medhat, and Dalia travels to London.

Adham opens a newspaper in cooperation with a Gulf, and Dalia seeks to make Sa'd fall in love with her. Sa'd succeeds in recovering Heba's money from Medhat and divorcing her from him. Rasha kicks Safwat out of the house after the court rules for her. Heba begins treatment in the sanatorium.

As Refky and Teresa are engaged, Mina files an interdiction lawsuit against the former. Meanwhile, Medhat seeks to cooperate with Suleiman against Sa'd, and Khaled reappears under the name of Ahmed El Wazzan.

Khaled and Suleiman start to join forces against Sa'd, and Medhat surprises Nermin with her husband's inability to have children. Refky is taken aback by Mina's lawsuit against him, and Sa'd is threatened by shutting down the production of London factories.

El Wazzan Group cooperates with Adham without knowing that the owner is Khaled. Bassem receives an anonymous call telling him that Refky is admitted to the hospital. Meanwhile, Khaled expands his groups in the Egyptian market.

Adham refuses to cooperate with Salman, the Gulf, to publish Sa'd's memoirs in his newspaper. Sa'd discovers the interdiction lawsuit against Refky, and Farid asks Nashwa to marry him.

As Heba gets out of the sanatorium, Sa'd tells his wife about Bassem's inability to have children. Salman asks Adham for his money after he refused to publish Sa'd's memoirs. El Wazzan refuses to cooperate with Adham, who finds himself in debt to Salman.

Sa'd offers Mina a sum of money to drop the case, and Refky leaves his house to move to a nursing home. Khaled goes to his father, and Adham is blackmailed into either paying the money or handing over Sa'd's memoirs.

Samir, Adham's assistant, tells him to claim that Sa'd's memoirs are stolen to be published in order to distance himself from suspicion. Medhat asks Sa'd for Nashwa's hand in marriage. Later on, Mina accepts Sa'd's offer and prepares to travel abroad.

Adham agrees with Salman to implement Samir's idea. As Bassem rejects his wife's suggestion to adopt a child, Nermin asks for a divorce from him. Nashwa consults with Sa'd regarding marrying Farid.

Mina drops the lawsuit and travels outside the country. Bassem divorces Nermin, and Refky returns to his work. Sa'd is shocked that Nashwa left her home and by her intention to marry and travel abroad.

Farid refuses Sa'd's request to abandon Nashwa's son after marriage. Abu Al-Naga seeks to marry Lobna. Khaled arranges to meet Sa'd, who discovers that Safwat has disappeared.

Nassef decides to marry, while Dalia refuses to marry Sheikh Hamza. Sa'd kidnaps and tortures Farid, who gives up his properties to get away from Nashwa. Sa'd's memoirs are stolen, and Nashwa's marriage to Farid takes place.

Bassem rescues Rasha from her brother Sayed, who is trying to kill her. Sa'd receives a threat regarding the publication of the memoirs. Khaled's assistant, Gasser, conspires with Suleiman against Khaled. Dalia conspires against Sa'd in favor of Suleiman, who informs Sa'd about Ahmed El Wazzan's truth.

Sa'd goes to Khaled's house and burns it. When Bassem marries Rasha without his father's knowledge, Sa'd expels him from his home and job for refusing to divorce Rasha. Nashwa accuses Sa'd of kidnapping his grandson.
