Haneen is a young girl from a wealthy family, who falls in love with the poor young man, Marwan. The family stands in the way of this relationship, however, they decides to quickly marry Haneen off because she is pregnant, so Haneen's mother waits until she gives birth in a secret place, and sends her maid to bring the child, and hides her. The events move through time, until the estranged daughter becomes a young woman in her twenties.
