Haroun talks to Saftawy about her worry for his daughter and how he is going to write the villa over to her. Saftawy sends his men to bring Opera for an important issue. Saftawy asks Opera to help him buy Haroun's villa. Opera tries to help the fishermen with their problem.

Aida's father is rushed to the hospital as his health deteriorates. Opera tries to get the promissory notes from Master Awad and tells him that no one can control the fishermen. Saftawy puts his hand on Haroun's villa. Opera meets Aziz and asks him to help with the fishermen's issue.

Opera sues the government in favor of the fishermen. Safy asks Opera to help her get Haroun's villa for 5 million pounds. Haroun visits Opera to ask him to stand by Aida instead of helping Saftawy seize the villa.

Opera tells Saftawy that Shokry bought the villa. Aida breaks down after Haroun dies. Saftawy tries to buy the villa from Shokry. Dr. Shawky tells Dr. Sa'ad that Aida must return to work or resign.

Opera tells Shokry that Saftawy is willing to pay whatever he wants for the villa, but Shokry tells him that he bought it for Safy. Safy asks Opera to prepare the partnership contracts with Saftawy.

Safinaz seizes control of Saftawy's business. Aida tries to find out who wrote the report on her father's case. Al-Feil falls gravely ill and Opera takes him to the doctor. Opera finds a man dressed as a woman in his apartment.

Costa returns to Egypt and tells Opera that his former sweetheart returned to Alexandria. Aida returns to her work but soon clashes with the hospital manager.

Costa starts distributing drugs in Alexandria and targets Saftawy's son. Aida clashes with the hospital manager again, who thinks about firing the head of the department where Aida works, as Medhat encourages him to.

Medhat decides to set up the department head by slipping one of his patients Flaxedil to kill him. Sayed Opera finds Costa's drugs in his travel luggage.

Safinaz considers divorcing Shokry. Al-Feil tells Opera that he is in love with his nurse and wants to wed her. Shokry discovers that he has cancer.

As Medhat opens a clinic with Saniya's money, he decides to put a rush on his marriage to the daughter of the hospital manager. Opera discovers that Costa has been using him to store hallucinogens. The nurses at the hospital go on a strike.

Opera successfully finds a way to clear one of his clients. Saftawy's son kills his wife while under the influence of hallucinogens. As he confesses to his crime, Opera tries to find a way to save him from a death sentence.

Opera is present when Saftawy's son is interrogated. As Opera discovers that Costa used his passport behind his back, he tries to find out where he is at the moment. Gihan discovers that some Flaxedil is missing from the medication storage.

Opera decides to report Costa to his Major General friend. Al-Feil's health deteriorates. Saftawy's son is transferred to a mental hospital. Aida's dream of working with Dr. Galal Awny comes true, but she is turned off by his strictness.

Setona goes to meet Opera's old sweetheart, Mona, but finds Costa at the villa instead. Opera is put under surveillance by the Major General. Shokry returns from abroad where he was receiving treatment.

Opera discovers that Alfons has been in the country for a month and that Maj. Gen. Mohamed is suspicious of him. Opera learns that Costa was murdered. Aida is put in charge of Shokry Al-Hawary's case.

Opera discovers that his friend Aziz took advantage of his feelings for Mona to set him up and implicate him in Costa's activities. As Aida and Shokry grow close, Dr. Galal Awny throws Aida out of the OR.

Aida is furious with Dr. Galal and confronts him about what he said to her. Shokry prepares to write a new will. Al-Feil dies. Saftawy's son opposes Opera's speech in court and asserts that his wife was virtuous.

Opera decides to stop practicing law after the case of Saftawy's son. As Shokry's health deteriorates, he begs Aida to alleviate his pain. She gives him Flaxedil, and he dies. When Safinaz discovers that Shokry left the villa to Aida, she accuses her of killing Shokry.

The hospital doctors stand by Aida and try to find her a lawyer. Saftawy's son is sentenced to death.

Safinaz and the lawyer Fawzan ally against Aida. As her trial begins, the hospital manager changes his stance after what Medhat did to him and how he abandoned his daughter.

When Aida is sentenced to death, the doctors gather in front of Opera's house to demand that he take Aida's case. He finally accepts and quickly grows to sympathize with her after he visits her in prison.

As Opera does his best for Aida, he warns Saniya against Medhat who is taking advantage of her for her money. Opera hires an accountant to monitor the accounts of the nightclub. Fawzan tries to convince Opera to drop Aida's case.

As Mahmoud and Amany finally wed, Opera grants them a worthwhile night. Aida is scheduled for a retrial. Opera becomes the custodian of the villa that Shokry left to Aida.

Fawzan manages to push for the demolition of Opera's house, which has a severe psychological effect on Opera, who disappears for a week as Aida's trial approaches.

Opera tries to convince Galal Awny to testify for Aida to save her. As the trial begins, the witnesses are called to be questioned about Shokry Al-Hawary's death.

As Galal Awny shows up in court, his testimony changes the scales in Aida's favor. The charge changes from murder to the injection with a harmful substance without the intention to kill.
