Haroun talks to Saftawy about her worry for his daughter and how he is going to write the villa over to her. Saftawy sends his men to bring Opera for an important issue. Saftawy asks Opera to help him buy Haroun's villa. Opera tries to help the fishermen with their problem.
Aida's father is rushed to the hospital as his health deteriorates. Opera tries to get the promissory notes from Master Awad and tells him that no one can control the fishermen. Saftawy puts his hand on Haroun's villa. Opera meets Aziz and asks him to help with the fishermen's issue.
Opera sues the government in favor of the fishermen. Safy asks Opera to help her get Haroun's villa for 5 million pounds. Haroun visits Opera to ask him to stand by Aida instead of helping Saftawy seize the villa.

Costa starts distributing drugs in Alexandria and targets Saftawy's son. Aida clashes with the hospital manager again, who thinks about firing the head of the department where Aida works, as Medhat encourages him to.

Opera successfully finds a way to clear one of his clients. Saftawy's son kills his wife while under the influence of hallucinogens. As he confesses to his crime, Opera tries to find a way to save him from a death sentence.
Opera is present when Saftawy's son is interrogated. As Opera discovers that Costa used his passport behind his back, he tries to find out where he is at the moment. Gihan discovers that some Flaxedil is missing from the medication storage.
Opera decides to report Costa to his Major General friend. Al-Feil's health deteriorates. Saftawy's son is transferred to a mental hospital. Aida's dream of working with Dr. Galal Awny comes true, but she is turned off by his strictness.
Setona goes to meet Opera's old sweetheart, Mona, but finds Costa at the villa instead. Opera is put under surveillance by the Major General. Shokry returns from abroad where he was receiving treatment.
Opera discovers that Alfons has been in the country for a month and that Maj. Gen. Mohamed is suspicious of him. Opera learns that Costa was murdered. Aida is put in charge of Shokry Al-Hawary's case.
Opera discovers that his friend Aziz took advantage of his feelings for Mona to set him up and implicate him in Costa's activities. As Aida and Shokry grow close, Dr. Galal Awny throws Aida out of the OR.
Aida is furious with Dr. Galal and confronts him about what he said to her. Shokry prepares to write a new will. Al-Feil dies. Saftawy's son opposes Opera's speech in court and asserts that his wife was virtuous.
Opera decides to stop practicing law after the case of Saftawy's son. As Shokry's health deteriorates, he begs Aida to alleviate his pain. She gives him Flaxedil, and he dies. When Safinaz discovers that Shokry left the villa to Aida, she accuses her of killing Shokry.
