Sawsan resents her father, Doctor Medhat, for pressuring her to participate in his surgeries, and Rashid tries to persuade him to leave Sawsan the choice. At the same time, Dr. Adnan looks forward to getting closer to Sawsan because he admires her.

Sawsan seeks reconciliation between her father and her uncle Munir, who told her about the loss of contact between him and Medhat because of his art studies. Director Majd gets to know Sawsan, and Adnan resents his father’s work as a hospital attendant.

Majd is thinking about involving Sawsan in acting in his new series, and Munir begins working with Majd. Medhat refuses Sawsan’s constant visits to her uncle Munir.

Nurse Fatima resents Adnan's closeness to his colleague, Doctor Sawsan. Medhat objects to the latter's visit to her uncle Munir and her relationship with Faten, her uncle's wife. Medhat rejects Adnan's continued assistance to Sawsan so she can succeed in her work as a doctor.

Munir resents Majd's closeness to Sawsan's niece, and Rashid looks forward to Sawsan's engagement to his son Walid, which angers Adnan. Things become difficult between Faten and Munir because he stays at home and relies on drawing as his job.

Rashid agrees with Medhat on Walid and Sawsan's engagement. Medhat sees Adnan's letter to his friend telling him about his love story for Sawsan. Munir quarrels with Faten because Medhat treated her inappropriately.

Majd tries to reconcile Munir and Faten, and Sawsan asks her to return home. Medhat decides to prevent his daughter Sawsan from leaving the house so that she does not visit her uncle Munir. Adnan submits his resignation after the matter between him and Medhat escalates in the hospital.

Medhat quarrels with Sawsan and asks her to break off her relationship with Majd. Faten decides to look for work after getting a divorce. Medhat visits Adnan at home and asks him to return to work at the hospital, and Munir demands Medhat return his inheritance to him.

Adnan returns to work at the hospital, and Medhat is surprised by lawyer Sharif, who tells him that he has taken over the case of Munir’s claim to his inheritance. Majd informs Sawsan of his desire to propose to her officially, and the elderly Saeed proposes marriage to Fatima.

Munir falls ill and Medhat takes him to the hospital. Sawsan demands that Medhat return Munir's inheritance to him, and Faten returns to Munir.

Walid returns from travel and seeks to get closer to Sawsan. Actress Kawthar asks her assistant to collect information about Sawsan. Adnan objects to his sister Nawal’s relationship with Salim due to his poverty.

Saeed tries to convince Adnan to agree to Saeed's engagement to Fatima in exchange for opening his own medical clinic. Walid tells his mother that he is staying away from Sawsan because she is in love with someone else, and Medhat becomes angry and falls ill.

Majd meets Medhat and asks him to agree to his marriage to Sawsan, but Medhat refuses and quarrels with him. Sawsan informs Munir of Faten's pregnancy.

Saeed asks Medhat to support him in his marriage to Fatima. Sawsan tries to find out what kind of relationship there was between Kawthar and Majd. The latter has an accident and is taken to the hospital.

Nawal tells Adnan that Fatima still loves him. Medhat performs surgery on Majd, and the latter quarrels with Kawthar because she claims to be his fiancée. Walid's mother rejects her son's relationship with a French doctor.

Lawyer Sherif hands Munir the selling contract of the hospital, but Faten prevents Munir from suing his brother Medhat. Adnan gets engaged to Fatima. Majd is released from the hospital. Munir holds a party at his house, and Medhat attends it for the reunion.
